School-Based Mental Health Professional
B’s Effort Changing Counseling, PLLC is currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated clinicians to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a contract-based opportunity providing school-based mental health services to children and adolescents within partnered school settings while collaborating with families, educators, and community supports.
We are seeking professionals who are passionate about supporting youth mental health, emotional wellness, behavioral support, and academic success through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Position Opportunities

Responsibilities May Include
- Providing individual and/or group therapy services
- Completing clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborating with school personnel and families
- Conducting assessments and treatment planning
- Supporting crisis intervention and prevention efforts
- Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care
Preferred Qualifications
- LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, or equivalent eligible licensure in North Carolina
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
